More Info Needed I got a Warning

    Hi there. I'm sorry if this is the wrong place, but I couldn't find anywhere else to contact staff about this.
    I recently logged back into Pali for the first time in a while to a warning about an extra account. This 'extra account' that I got a warning for belongs to my sister, who hasn't played since the day she signed up. No item, money or pet exchanges have been made through our accounts, and I'm honestly really mad that I'd get a warning over this with no real reason behind it.

    Since this is the only 'support' place I can find on Paladore. If someone could direct me or tell me if it's possible to make an appeal to the staff for this stupid warning I got, and if it's possible for me to get my 100k rubies back that I got from the fine? I'm not exactly keen on getting back into Paladore with -89,332 rubies. Thanks.
